Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the booked slot
• Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund
• No-show bookings are non-refundable

Refund Policy

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Refund processing may take 5–7 working days
• Convenience or payment gateway charges are non-refundable

Slot Cancellations by Stumpyard

In rare cases of maintenance, weather conditions, or unforeseen events, Stumpyard may cancel a slot. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
